Frozen Grapes!

Grapes are everywhere right now.  It is still in the 90s where I live - we had the hottest summer on record, too.  Anything cold is refreshing in this weather.  I have been freezing grapes for snacks and my cross country team went crazy for these!  I figured everyone would know how to freeze grapes but lots of people asked so here you go! :)  Make sure you start with organic, seedless grapes that taste sweet.  Always taste them before you purchase.

Frozen Grapes

any amount of seedless, organic grapes
parchment paper
sheet pans

Rinse grapes under cold water and dry on paper towels.  Remove grapes from the stem and place on parchment-lined sheet pan in single layer.  Put pan into freezer and freeze overnight or at least 2 hours.  Enjoy!!!
