Irish Cooking

I've had these beautiful Irish Shamrock plants (and a pretty little light pink primrose between them) on my kitchen windowsill since the first of March.  I love their tiny white flowers and their dark green shamrock leaves.  So festive and pretty.
Now, how about something delicious for your St. Patrick's Day menu?  Oh, of course I have a few ideas for you! 

It just wouldn't be St. Patrick's Day at our house without my favorite Irish Soda Bread.  The combination of the buttermilk and the anise seed is a match made in heaven.
