This is Mary's daughter Sophia in their beautiful new kitchen. Soph and her three sisters, Samantha, Ally, and Ava made the Parmesan Chicken (Again!)recipe for dinner tonight. Soph is 12 years old! I am more than impressed with these wonderful girls. Mary's girls are 14, 12, 10, and almost 8. They cook dinner on Wednesday nights. Mary just renovated her kitchen and this is the first time the girls have cooked their "Wednesday Dinner" in their new space. I am very proud and honored that they used a recipe from my blog. Mary is one of my very best friends and she inspires me in so many ways. I think that all parents could learn from Mary and her girls, don't you? How about you?
