Cake Time (Again!)

Don't worry --more dinner recipes starting tomorrow.  Yesterday I worked on this cake.  It is Alice Medrich's Cocoa Fudge Cake dressed up with some Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting and some Chocolate Shavings & Curls.  The wonderful people who ate this told my son that he was lucky to have me for his mom.  That put a huge smile on my face (and my son's).  xoxo
