Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We have a little leprechaun named Seamus who visits us every year.  He always turns our milk green and writes a silly note on our chalk board.  He usually does a few other things --such a mischievous little rascal.
I bet old Seamus would love some of this Irish Soda Bread!  This was my first post --way back in January. :)  If you haven't tried it yet, please do so now.  It is the easiest recipe I have ever made (I am talking all recipes) and it is so delicious.
